EZClip Installation
Self-Aligning – Positioning the weld plate flush with the block front.
Self-Adjusting – They will flex to fit most standard block wall thicknesses.
Out of the Way – Fitting flush to the wall, they will not catch on clothes or equipment.
Inexpensive – Low cost and convenient to handle. No adhesive or wire to buy or lose.
Strong – Tough enough to support plates of all sizes quickly and safely (using proper spacing).
Removable Front – Just cut with trowel or chisel edge.
Step 1
Cut opening plate height plus 5/16”
Step 2
Apply mortar to the angled interior inside of slip. Slide slip over edge of block.
Step 3
Slip the weld plate into position. Mortar second clip and install upside down on top of block.
Step 4
Set top block with clip installed over weld plate. Allow mortar to dry completely before grouting.
